Andrew Sack has worked for both Plaintiff and Defense sided employment law firms where he acquired advanced knowledge concerning most employment law related matters and situations. As well as advocating for employee’s rights, he has defended companies in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract and wage and hour disputes. Andrew has significant experience representing clients in New York federal and state courts and counseling clients regarding federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, personnel issues, employment policies, restrictive covenants, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.
Andrew’s legal background was developed through his early experiences working in the sports industry. He is highly knowledgeable in sports law and teaches both Bachelor’s and Master’s level sports law courses at Long Island University – Post, such as Sports Law, Legal and Ethical Issues in Sport, Sports Marketing, Legal Aspects of Business Administration, and Principles of Management.
